Best of all you are receiving your therapy at home. No driving after leaving the spa.

How will feel after a lymphatic drainage massage? Very relaxed and it is recommended that you don't have any plans afterwards. Clients have a wide range of feelings and effects after their drainage. Some of reported feeling light and full of energy and others feel a lethargic and need a nap. It is your bodies system that reacts in its own way and to best support it, take care of yourself the rest of the day by taking it easy.
