POLICIES
Out of consideration for therapists' time and for our ongoing committment to deliver outstanding therapists to your home, office or hotel, we have adopted the following policies (updated 12/18/2011):
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
You can schedule an appointment for a massage, chair massage or massage/spa party via:

A credit card number is required at the time of scheduling to ensure that your therapist is reserved and ready as requested.
For individual and/or couples massages:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments made with credit cards are subject to charges for the full service amount for "no shows" or for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
For Massage Parties:
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for massage parties ("massage parties" are defined as any massage event where 3+ hours of massage is being reserved). Any cancellations made after 48 hours, but before 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment time will charged 50% of the total time that was reserved. Any cancellations or "no shows" made less than 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment time will be charged the full amount of the party.
If you are booking your massage party within 48 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES & REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds for massage gift certificates purchased or for services provided. We are not responsible for damaged & illegible, lost, stolen, or expired gift certificates.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full gift certificate.
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
Do not harrass the therapist(s) as we have no tolerance for inappropriate behavior and/or gestures or sexually aggressive remarks. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. If you are that type of client, we are not your type of company so please look elsewhere.
