Pay? Therapists that join our team make $45 per hour and up to $70 per hour depending on the time we book clients for you. As you browse the DRM website you see the various types of services and specials we offer to clients in your area. Our specialties are Couples Massage, Massage Parties/Events (lots of fun!), and Individual massages. We pay twice a week by direct deposit or mail – see below.

What we need from therapists that want to join our team

• Copy of your massage therapy license
• Copy of your liability insurance
• Short resume about you, listing techniques you perform
• 30 minute practical massage performed to show us your skills
  (the real test will be how clients respond once you start working)
• Purchase a Dallas Relaxing Massage T-shirt - $10
• Purchase a mini mobile hot stone warmer (from us or we will show you where to buy - $25)
• Set of hand towels for use with our mobile mini add-ons - more money for you to earn with each massage
• Lastly, $30 worth of supplies purchased from us (includes natural body scrub, body brushes, smoothing serum, and facial moisturizer)

Note: Please remember when filling out your form to list the cities you would like to be available to serve. This gives you greater earning potential - be honest though. If you really only want to work in Grapevine/Southlake area, simply state that. We will get you plenty of clients in your area. If you don’t mind traveling and if you for example you live in Grapevine/Southlake and would like clients in surrounding areas such as Lewisville, Grapevine, Grand Prairie, or others, please list those so we can book you for those couple clients, massage parties and individual in home massages.

Please let us know if you have a preference for only women or couples massages as some therapists prefer not to do individual male massages. Our website does not attract the “wrong kind of client” but we do understand therapists have preferences and we only want to schedule you the massage clients you prefer.

Recommendations (not requirements): Ways to share your gifts more efficiently.

• Keep 5 or 6 sets of sheets/face cradles in your car or ready to go bag. Many times we have gotten our therapists a 90 minute couples massage (2 sets of sheets) and when you leave those massages we have booked you another set of massages.
• Ready to go duffle back packs can be purchased through us for $25 or we can tell you where to get them. They are they perfect size for your sheets, towels, mini stone warmer, 20 stones, oil/lotion, eye covers and mini mobile spa pack. They even fit your bolster!
• Keep extra towels and other assorted necessities with you or in a ready to go place so that you are ready when the clients are ready. Many times we have scheduled out massages or as we list on our website, we do last minute or within an hour massage appointments. Success is when preparation meets opportunity!
