	Chicken Florentine Lightly sauteed chicken breast with wild mushrooms and fresh spinach, topped with mozzarella cheese and parmesano cheese	Salmon with Dill Sauce Lightly sauteed salmon filet seasoned with fresh herbs and spices with white wine and dill sauce on the side

	Rack of Lamb Parisienne Rack of lamb lightly sauteed with fresh herbs, topped with Dijon mustard and spicy breadcrumbs

	Steak au Poivre Sauted beef steak seasoned with cornpepper and finished with a heavy cream	Tilapia Grenobloise Lightly sauteed tilapia filet with butter and white wine, topped with Chef's special mixture of fresh herbs, lemon and capers

Note: all meals are served with your choice of Caesar or Fresh Garden Salad. Entrees are served with herb roasted potatoes and sauteed vegetable medley. Your choice of French or Italian bread and of course chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

Dinner is your choice and will be prearranged, shopped for, hand prepared by Chef Simon and arrive with your therapists the day or night of your special evening.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

What do I have to provide for the Chef?
A few cooking items may be requested. Usually only a fry pan or large pot in addition to what the chef brings with him. Everything will be cleaned and put back before leaving.

Can the Chef make our favorite meal/customize our meal?
Yes. Chef Polansky is an experienced Chef with over 32 years of gourmet culinary preparation and can prepare American, French, Russian, Mediteranean and almost any type of dish you request. If you have a recipe or a dish you would like for the special evening, he can make it. Please let us know when scheduling if you have any special dietary restrictions.

How much notice do I need to give when reserving my special evening?
For the massage and dinner, we can work it all out with one days notice. That is based upon prescheduled evenings and if there is none scheduled on the date and time you are requesting. If you would like to arrange a dinner party with massage and catered by Chef Polansky, several days or more is requested.

Can I do just the in home/outcall Massage and Spa special without the dinner?
Sure. Likewise you can request Chef Polansky's services for an intimate dinner for two without the Massage and Spa treatment.

Is Chef Polansky available for larger events such as private dinner parties?
Yes he is. Coming soon will be his personal chef website and you can request his services for almost any type or size event. Call Dallas Relaxing and we will put you in touch with him.

What about tipping?
That is entirely up to you. If you enjoyed your meal and massage/spa treatments, typically 15% is appreciated.
